We have migrated your account to our new payment provider, however, your credit card information was encrypted and we were not able to transfer your payment details to the new system. Please make sure you update your credit card details before the end of your billing period to avoid any delays in service.
You may need to perform 2 phases in order to update your billing.
Phase 1: Cancel classic subscription
1. Log into www.keycafe.com
2. Navigate to “more – classic view”
3. Hover over your account name and select “billing”
4. Scroll down and select “cancel my subscription”
5. Select reason – other and enter “billing migration”
Although it says your account will be closed immediately and no refunds will be issued – this is not correct for billing migration.
Phase 2: Update credit card
1. Log back into www.keycafe.com/desktop (If you log into www.keycafe.com you may still be in the classic view – so be sure to use the URL here to get back to the new version.)
6. Navigate to “more – billing”
7. Enter your credit card details and hit save
