In the 3.1 update Keycafe enterprise customers can now receive real-time notifications about their private locations’ status.

What’s New?

Enterprise customers can now receive real-time notifications about their private locations’ status.

You are now able to receive notifications, via a text message and email,  when a SmartBox at a private location is experiencing issues such as going offline or losing power. You will also be notified when the issue is resolved and the SmartBox is returned to a healthy state.

To turn on this notification, log into your Keycafe account. Navigate to More -> Communications -> Private Location Issues, and switch the toggle on.
