Keycafe Integrates with Chekin For a Complete Solution to Remote Property Management

Keycafe is pleased to announce a new integration partnership.  Chekin automates and digitizes all the steps of the check-in process, from the booking confirmation till the check-out allowing hosts to save time and money.

With Chekin your guest will be able to add their personal info with a self Check-in online. Once the guest information is validated they will receive their Keycafe access code. Together Keycafe and Chekin enable hands-free, remote guest check-in and check-out. 

How the integration works

1) You need to create an account with Chekin and send a request to your guest to checkin prior to arrival.

2) Guests can sign the rental agreement, validate their identity by taking a selfie and a picture of their ID.

The recently added features offer the possibility of charging tourist taxes as well as freezing security deposits on guests CC during the online check-in.

3) The data will automatically be sent to your local authorities (if it’s mandatory in your country) and all the documentation required will be generated and stored in the Chekin dashboard for your convenience.

4) Once the check-in process is completed, Chekin will send an email to guests with the information they need to pick up the keys at your Keycafe SmartBox either with a code or by using our one-click app.

This integration is an integral solution for many hosts, being able to have a full digital system from the booking till the check-out.
